Jay Wolfe was born in Parkersburg, W.Va. and currently lives in Clarksburg, W.Va. He graduated from Glenville State College with a degree in business administration and owns his own insurance agency, along with other properties, including Sprint cell phone stores.

A former state senator from Wood County, Wolfe has lost elections to both U.S. Sen. Jay Rockefeller and U.S. Sen. Robert C. Byrd. This is his second run against Rockefeller.

Wolfe and his wife, Mollie, have four grown children.

  8. Whatever your budget, car insurances is something you don’t want to waste an extra dime on. But having some form of car insurances is compulsory in all states, except for New Hampshire and Wisconsin. Car insurances are required in order to license a vehicle.
