Should Casino Slot Machines Be Outlawed?

Research has shown that slot machines tend to get most of their trade towards the end of the evening, and most, if not all players end up losing, due in many cases to the influence of excess alcohol. Clearly this doesn’t happen at an online casino.

Contrary to popular belief, arcades and amusement parks are not the best places to play cherry slot machines. In fact arcades are probably the worst, simply because the slot machines on these premises are being played all day, and by people who know what they are doing (This can be a good place to watch and learn from others, but experts often don’t appreciate an audience, so be careful who you might bother!).

Another disadvantage of slot machines in arcades and amusement parks, and even travelling fairgrounds, is that they are not as well governed. It is not usual for slot machines at these sorts of venues to have been tampered with illegally. I definitely prefer bonus video poker at a place like Bonanza Casino.

Unfortunately, it does not take a rocket scientist to lower the percentage rate to considerably lower than the 70% requirement, and then to quickly raise it again, when the official inspections are being carried out!

Apart from public houses, other profitable venues to play the cherry slots include: Bingo Halls, Working Mans Clubs, Snooker Halls, Ferries, Motorway Service Stations, and many pub type restaurants are also profitable.

Considering Online gambling instead? You can play Double Diamond Slots, free slot games and more at place like Bucky’s Casino.  There are several casinos that have added online casinos to their already existing brick and mortar casinos, as substantially as countless online-only casinos.  Online casino gaming offers a wide range of single-player as substantially as multi-player games. This is good news for those who like to play for high stakes; they can do so from the privacy and comfort of their residence without having to move around with excess cash.

Only Indian Tribe Recognized By Federal Government In Alabama Claims Identity

Alabama is home to several exciting gaming establishments. Not only does the state play host to Greyhound Racing, Alabama is also the home of several casinos – though not all of them are exactly what you might call traditional casinos.

The reason that not all of the casinos are considered traditional casinos is because some of them base the majority of their business on bingo. The traditional casino bases their business on slots and table games. The good news is that there are a few casinos in Alabama that do offer both. So, whenever you feel the need to gamble, you can do it in practically any way that you want. Bet on the dog races, play bingo, try your hand at blackjack, roulette, poker or craps, or attempt to beat the one armed bandit.

The Creek Indian Tribe, which is the only Indian tribe recognized by the federal government within the state of Alabama, owns three of these Alabama casinos. The Tallapoosa, Riverside, and Wind Creek Casinos are all owned and operated by PCI. In fact, Wind Creek Casino is the newest edition to Alabama casinos and, of course, to the Creek Indian casinos. The casino just opened in January of 2009 and is the largest casino in the Creek family of casinos. It’s shiny, it’s new and it’s packed with excitement around every corner. However, this hip casino offers much more than just entertainment.

This modern mecca of entertainment also offers a luxurious hotel with stylish, yet comfortable furnishings that will allow you to kick back and relax after a long night of fun on the casino floor. However, the lavish guest rooms are not the only way that the Wind Creek guests are spoiled during their visit. While relaxing in luxury, whatever your stomach desires is just a phone call away at any time. That’s right – 24 hour room service! What better way to end the night than with a tasty midnight snack?

So welcome to Alabama the Wind Creek Casino and Hotel. If you happen to be traveling near Atmore, AL, stop on by and enjoy the finer side of southern hospitality. For more information, please refer to Great American Casino, Ho Chunk Casino Hotel or Hole In The Wall Casino.

First 100 Days

Let us do the advertising for you!

Wow, after the first 100 days in office the Planet is still here. The election of the first black president does not mean Armagedon! All the nay-sayers that thought the world was going to end still harbor resentment and continue to practice subversion but as a nation we continue to enjoy a better government under President Obama. Our country has its pride back and we are not seen as the arrogant nation that is unwilling to work with anyone. No it has not been a perfect 100 days, but who has had a perfect 100 days? Great job president Obama! President Obama has faced many issues during his tenure, for example, During a ceremony on his overseas trip President Obama flinched when a ceremonial shot was fired. I can’t say I blame him with all the reports of attempts on his life. He did better than me because If I were in his shoes I would have been on the ground. Maybe it’s the times we live in. Murder and simple crime is up, people are losing their jobs. People are murdering their families because they can not provide for them, it is a total mess right now, but the President does have things going in the right direction if we can hold on. Are we living in Tribulation times? Hold on everyone, Hold on, change is coming. Even his wonderful wife has come under scrutiny when people were like OMG! Michelle touched the Queen! Whats the big deal? a simple gesture taken way out of context. Americans and those abroad mired in the stuck up world of social class were stunned, but not The 3rd Planet’s Ad Spot. What happened was refreshing, simple, and the Queen did not seem to mind at all. We loved the way Predident Obama attacked the greed to big companies. However, at this point AIG is not concerned about their reputation. The individuals receiving these bonuses are going to accept them because this is their last big payout before their contract or agreement is restructured to not pay losers. To be honest I would take it as well. If a company is willing to pay it, why not. Stupid is as stupid does said Forest Gump and they are not stupid. Companies have always given away the farm to employees, just like sports franchises overpay for athletes. If you can play or in this case are highly sought after in your field you are going to get paid! A question was asked: If the executives take the bonus should their faces be published? H to the NO! Thats AIG’s fault not the employee.

Here’s my question to you: Why did the press jump all over this?

Question to my fans: in your perspective, how has President Obama performed in his first 100 days?

On 4-11-2008, the presidential election polls of the USA were conducted.  Republican John McCain from Arizona was defeated by Democrat Barack Obama of Illinois.  This was the fifty-sixth presidential polls conducted every 4 years in the States to elect president & vice president.  This was the first instance both the sitting president, and vice president did not take part in the elections since 1952, a period of fifty-six years.

This presidential election polls was very remarkable for several facts.  It was the first time in the history of the USA that an African-American emerged the winner.  This was the first time that a Roman Catholic was elected as the vice president.  Also, there has never been an instance of two sitting senators running for president before.  This election also saw the highest voter turnout in almost 40 years.

The main themes of the presidential campaign have been the unpopular Iraq war, the president George W Bush’s unpopularity and policies, and the yearning of the USA populace to effect a change.  Towards the fag end of the campaigning, the economy and domestic policy secured the attention of the contenders in the presidential election polls.  This was made all the more significant in the context of the economic crisis of 2008.

In accordance with the existing facts and figures, the expenditure incurred in conducting presidential election polls have escalated drastically.  In the final analysis, the president-elect Barack Obama alone had spent about $ 513,557,218 with the average spent on per vote coming to $ 7.39.  John McCain had expended approximately $ 346,666,422 at the rate of $ 5.78 per vote.  According to Federal Election Commission, a grand total of $ 1,644,712,232 had been collected and $ 1,601,104,696 expended by a total of one hundred and forty-eight candidates of all parties for general and primary campaigns combined.

When these things are considered, there is no reason to undervalue the enormity and significance of the presidential election polls of 2008.  Following a close contest, Barack Obama polled 69,456,897 popular votes whilst John McCain received 59,934,814 popular votes, 52.92% and 45.66% respectively.  Obama received three hundred and sixty-five electoral votes whereas McCain got one hundred and seventy-three electoral votes.  Finally, Barack Obama was inaugurated as the 47th president of the United States of America at the state capital of Washington D.C. on 20th January, 2009.

In United States of America there is no other bigger event than the presidential election. In every four years time this fight for the most powerful person in the whole of United States occurs.

The election is mainly held by the law of U.S. Constitution, but every state could have its own separate rules as well. The person who is selected as the candidate for the president will be selecting his/her deputy. These two nominees run as a unit. That is one can only vote for a one party. There could never be a president from one party and a vice president from the other.

There are some acceptance factors to be eligible to be the president of United States such as the age and the nationality.

Campaigning prior to the election has a huge bearing on the end results. Meeting people in public is supposedly the most effective way getting into their hearts. But internet is a powerful tool as well. Internet is a method of clearly and descriptively mentioning the ideas and view to the voters. To give some pre election punches to your opponent the television debates could be used as a very strong medium. It was obvious in recent presidential elections people have had great interest in those debates and thus tend to vote for whoever does well in those.

The first president to be elected in United States from the current presidential election method was George Washington in 1789. Winning it with 69 Electoral votes it was a fairly comfortable win at the time. In 1792 he was able to save his post as the president of USA by winning the election for the second time. Selecting the vice president was done by a separate election from 1804. The vice president also had to be selected by electoral votes. This method was there until 1872 when it was decided that the candidate for president or his party should select the vice president. Apart from it ensuring both president and the vice president coming from the same party it did not have a huge impact on the election.

From 1932 to 1948 Republican and socialist parties had such a hard time competing against Franklin D. Roosevelt from Democratic. He was arguably well ahead from both his counter parts with more 50% votes for four consecutive presidential elections . But then again most of the presidents in the past have won the presidential election with a considerable margin of votes other than George W. Bush from the republican .

Presidential election in United states is considered as one of the major events in country’s political aspects. The articles available in the internet could give you some idea of how the election is being held. The event has such interest not because it is in USA but because it is the presidential election.

Pennsylvania has been with Democrats from way back  This has been once again confirmed in the presidential polls of 2008.  There has been no change whatsoever in the minds of the voters about whom to be selected but Obama’s offer to ‘change’ has stuck with them.  Pennsylvania election results have given Mr Barack Obama 21 electoral votes in his race for presidency.

With a registered voter population of 8.73 million, from the outset Pennsylvania was predicted to favor Senator Obama heavily.  Barack Obama started his campaign with a head start of anything between 4 to 14 over his rival Senator John McCain.  However, in the end, Pennsylvania election results helped Barack Obama emerge as the 5tth consecutive Democrat winner in the run for president in Pennsylvania in the presidential elections of the USA.

Even though Mr McCain anticipated sturdy  backing from Northeastern Pennsylvania, Mr Obama upstaged him and secured support from those areas.  Mr Obama was able to get these votes even though Mr McCain made a last ditch struggle at the fag end of his campaigning.  However, Pennsylvania election results confirmed that John McCain prevailed in Central and Northern Pennsylvania.

It is evident that the contenders had split the votes of whites between them.  However, it seems a different story when it comes to the votes of the blacks and the Hispanics  Based on the surveys carried out after the Pennsylvania election results were announced, it could be safely argued that the blacks and Hispanics were overwhelmingly supportive of Senator Barack Obama.  The very reason of Barack Obama being an African American vouches for the fact that blacks and Hispanics wanted to see a black American as the next president.

The population of multiracial Pennsylvania went gaga over the victory of Barack Obama as the Democratic presidential candidate defeating republican John McCain.  People converged on the city Hall following the declaration of Mr Obama’s victory according to the Pennsylvania election results.  People from all professions, in all age brackets, and from all over Pennsylvania gathered in large numbers to rejoice over the triumph of their president elect, not caring anything about the light rain that fell in a carefree mood.

Pennsylvania is one of the largest states in the United States of America, and there are fifty Pennsylvania election districts in the state alone.Election districts are divided so that the public in each of these palces will get a separate polling station to vote in, making it easier during the time of elections. Pennsylvania election districts are sometimes the busiest of all, as witnessed by last year’s presidential election.

Each Pennsylvania election district has a polling station, which is open from 7 am to 8 pm during the days of election.Voters have to register themselves with the election district beforehand so that there will be no confusion when they go to vote. There are a few guidelines that ahve to be followed beofre registering, which can be done online. The criteria include being more than 18 years of age, being a citizen of the United States of America for at least a month and having lived in the said Pennsylvania election district for a minimum of 30 days. The best way to know which of the many Pennsylvania election districts you belong to is to log on to any of the official websites online and type in your address, to see which district you will be considered a part of.There had been similar confusion at last year’s election as well when voters had not known which of the many Pennsylvania election districts they belonged to and had not brought the registration card with them. The poll workers had to resort to checking each individual against their record book to identify each person’s election district. It is also recommended that voters who are voting for the first time bring some kind of identification so that there will be no mess up when trying to vote.

Of the fifty Pennsylvania election districts, around 20 of them have Democrats as Senators while the rest have Republicans showing that the state is a mix of both in an equal setting.Although it may seem complicated at the beginning, knowing which election district you belong to can make the process of electing the next president that much more easier.
